OverflowXTerminator is an XTension for QuarkXPress which provides a warning and a detailed listing of any overset text in a document. The XTension allows users to set preferences such as the ability to test a document before printing, test before saving the page as an EPS, and to disallow printing if any overset text is detected.
The XTension can be distributed to printers or other users who will have a hand in the processing of the document and provides and dialog box listing the status of the document and the page number where the overset text was found. With projects such as catalogs, where overset text is not necessarily apparent, (e.g., item numbers or prices are dropped from the text box), OverflowXTerminator instantly alerts the user. Text can be automatically adjusted horizontally or vertically using the XTension, too, preventing the user from having to make manual adjustments. | Manufacturer: CodeWare
